In such a distraught society it's no surprise that people will loss their humanity. The worst part is that the conditioning process made everyone think that what happens is normal and even that lower caste thought that their position was fair and just. These societies are vastly different. Through the Bokanovsky Process, future-citizens are made with a virtually inexistent level of individuality. Huxley successfully creates a society that no longer has a need of family. John, a savage, has never been able to fit in society. In such a distraught society it's no surprise that people will loss their humanity. From the novel we can see that humans can lose humanity if we rely on technology too much.

These governments believed that having total power would engender a perfect society. Maintained by cultural values, mental conditioning, and segregation, the idea of social stability as demonstrated in Brave New World is, in my opinion, both insightful and intriguing These books are both in the same genre, so they can be easily compared and contrasted.

The term "Community" really did not have the meaning that we are accustomed to hearing and speaking in the modern day and age The only exception is that they are not to be left alone to think about life and the enjoyments that are involved; they are supposed to live and forget.
